She was able to recover and play soccer again as a forward at Diablo Valley College, Pleasant Hill California. At Diablo Valley College, she received her associate degree. She received Junior College All-American awards and then transferred to Arizona State University. Unfortunately, self-doubt caused her to quit playing soccer. Then she went on to California State University Fullerton, which she attended and graduated with the degree of bachelor of arts in management of business. Her move back to Los Angeles after completing her studies to pursue a model as well as acting career. That's when she stumbled across a casting call for the W.W.E. She was able to impress the talent scouts, and was offered the opportunity to take a test of 4 weeks when she happened upon it by mistake.
